Delete Your GRIDLOCK Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your GRIDLOCK account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Email kaseyrandall.design@gmail.com from the email address associated with your GRIDLOCK account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my GRIDLOCK account.
3. We verify ownership of the account and process the request within 30 days, then email you to confirm completion.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email address)
• Your username / profile
• Your game progress and saved run state
• Your in-game Scrap balance and inventory

What may be retained

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that are no longer linked to you.
• Records we are legally required to keep, retained only as long as required by law and then deleted.
